Bill Shiverick - VP/Sales

Bill Shiverick is a founder of Vertical Television, Inc. With 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate and telecommunications, Mr. Shiverick identified the importance of different types of media to both tenants and landlords. As result of their experience at Cypress Communications, Inc., Mr. Shiverick and Mr. Harlin founded VTV to focus on the underserved niche of television services in commercial real estate.
From 1998 through 2000, Mr. Shiverick was responsible for licensing commercial office buildings with Cypress Communications. From 2000-2001 he was responsible for the management and sales of telecommunications services to all types and sizes of businesses located in the Cypress-served office buildings. Through this experience, coupled with his work in commercial real estate, Mr. Shiverick has successfully worked through all of the issues related to providing telecommunication services in a commercial environment.
From 1987 through 1997, Mr. Shiverick served as the Vice President of Landauer Associates, Inc. in the investment sales division. Mr. Shiverick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Vanderbilt University.
Robert Weisert - VP/Engineering

Robert Weisert is a founder of Vertical Television, Inc. Mr. Weisert has 23+ years of experience in the cable, satellite, and television industry. During the last 8 years working for DIRECTV® and for Cypress Communications, Mr. Weisert has been responsible for designing and installation of some of the largest satellite and CATV systems in the country.
While working for Cypress Communications, Mr. Weisert was solely responsible for all business television operations. From 1998 though 2002 Mr. Weisert designed and oversaw installation of satellite and CATV systems in some of the largest buildings and real estate portfolios in the U.S.
Mr. Weisert has designed and project managed the complete installation and build-out of telephone, data, and business television switchrooms and riser distribution systems in large Class A office buildings in 15 cities throughout the U.S. Prior to Cypress Communications, he worked closely with DIRECTV® to design and complete many large commercial, apartment, hotel, and community satellite TV distribution system installations.
Mr. Weisert has worked for or with DIRECTV® since the launch of their first satellite in 1994, and also has an extensive audio/video background and has been responsible for starting and managing a very successful home theater division for the Dallas based Goodman Television Company.
Mr. Weisert has completed an advanced electronics program from Richland College, and has certifications from Thompson/RCA, Sony, SBCA, and DIRECTV® in satellite TV installation and design and is presently a Grade III DIRECTV® trainer and has trained and certified more than 100 technicians throughout the country.
Robert Harlin - VP/Development

Robert Harlin is a founder of Vertical Television, Inc. Mr. Harlin has 10+ years experience in the cable television and media/content production industries, and four years experience working with landlords to deliver building-based video telecommunications solutions.
As Managing Director of Business Development with Atlanta based Cypress Communications, Mr. Harlin was responsible for licensing commercial office properties in a number of markets. As the initial members of Cypress’ Corporate Development group, Mr. Harlin and Mr. Shiverick were instrumental in the group’s licensing of over 300 million square feet of office space in over 50 US markets. This success culminated in Cypress IPO in early 2000. In addition, Mr. Harlin was responsible for the initial development and implementation of Cypress’ fiber-based, high-speed Internet and data services product lines.
Prior to Cypress, Mr. Harlin was the Executive Vice President of Conduit Communications, a privately held television and multimedia production company. Mr. Harlin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Mercer University and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
