Programming Contract: DISH Network®

VTV will provide a Business Free DISH® Claim Form and Agreement for execution once specific account information is obtained.

Business Free DISH® Promotion — Available with the execution and completion of a one-year agreement for one or more of the following programming packages: Private Plus, Max View, News and Finance, Commercial Sports, Commercial Sports and Golf, Sports Package #1, Entertainment, Kids and Education or DISH® CD. In the event that service is terminated or downgraded prior to the completion of the 12 month commitment, a cancellation fee of $298.00 will apply.
